8 Funny Things About CID – The TV Show

CID is one show that has been entertaining us for the longest time in the history of Indian television. The content makes one wonder rather confused if it’s a comedy series or an actual detective show meant for a serious audience.  This show has been spreading laughter for the last 17-18 years!! So for the ones who missed out on any of the recent showings of CID on TV might as well catch the replays on Comedy Nights With Kapil!!

4) The forensics team is handled only by two people Dr Salunke and his assistant. One can imagine the pressure but the docs armed with a quirky sense of humour nevertheless ..
5) All the door makes are wooden , thus making breaking down of doors by Daya more acceptable and believable

Back in 2014, Paddington came out of absolutely nowhere to become one of my favourite films of the year, a real family treat that was warm, pitch perfect and genuinely laugh out loud funny. As with any great cinematic success these days, a sequel was inevitable, and three years later we have Paddington 2 , a straight forward title that I hoped would stick to the straight forward and satisfying formula that served its predecessor so very well.
